Program Manager

Minimum 10 years experience managing software development projects  with 3 to 20 IT specialists, quality assurance, testing and support groups.  The Program Manager shall have technical experience as a Senior IT Specialist.  Minimum Education of B.S. in Computer Science.

The Program manager is responsible for the entire project development and support efforts including (a) managing the relationship with the customer, (b) managing the project staff, (c) writing status reports, (d) preparing and maintaining project schedules and cost estimates, (e) ensuring hardware, test bed, and software tools are available when required, (f) ensuring quality of product, (g) managing the testing of the product, (h) ensuring that the project contract terms and conditions are satisfied, (i) obtaining contract and specification clarifications with the customer, (j) setting up and maintaining a configuration control system.

Senior IT Specialist

Minimum 8 years experience as a Senior IT Specialist designing software systems to specification including requirement specifications, top-level design specifications, systems analysis and design techniques for complex computer systems.  Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts, and methods; also requires knowledge of available hardware, system software, networks, internet concepts, peripherals, structure and management practices. Minimum Education is a B.S. in Computer Science.

The Senior IT Specialist guides users in formulating requirements, advises on alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies, designs the overall system architectures and database structures, lays out the structure of the software modules, defines API’s, prepares test specifications, and monitors quality assurance of the software produced.

IT Specialist

Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Specialist including programming complex systems, integrating with database systems, web-enabling software, testing complex systems, integrating software modules within systems environment. Minimum Education: B.S. in Computer Science.

Program design, programming, test specifications, testing, integration and system testing. The IT Specialists shall have experience with one or more of the following tools:  Windows, Unix, C, C++, Java, MS-SQL, Oracle, Sybase and SourceSafe.
