LTI and MS-CRM
Leveraged Technology, Inc. (LTI) and PCI have teamed to offer an IVR capability to Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (MS-CRM) product. LTI is a reseller of MS-CRM. MS-CRM is an exciting new product that competes in the CRM marketplace. Microsoft has signed up about 100 software partners to build applications and products on the MS CRM platform. PCI is working with LTI to develop an IVR front-end and vertical market applications for MS-CRM.
LTI and Customer Relationship Management
The
Integration Services (IS) division of LTI specializes in Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) solution definition, implementation, and integration.
Through strong partnerships with industry leaders Siebel, Microsoft, Clarify
and Cisco, LTI offers their customers a full range of CRM and e-CRM solutions.
With over 50 successful CRM implementations completed to date, our work
includes contact center automation to extensive customer care solutions
that interface to the web, knowledge base and enterprise systems. Leveraging
"Project Success" our proprietary CRM Project Life Cycle
Methodology, our LTI consultants assist our clients in every aspect of a
CRM implementation from project management and business analysis to system
integration, rollout and training. LTI
is one of the few companies in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut
area that is already trained and certified in the new Microsoft CRM
package. In its first release, the product offers much more functionality
than you might expect and it uses the familiar MS-Outlook user interface!
Contact Jay Fruin of
LTI to discuss your potential use of MS-CRM. Tell Jay you saw his
name in the PCI Newsletter.
Jay Fruin, president of Leveraged Technology, said “MS-CRM is nowhere near as feature-rich as Siebel's offering. But that might be a good thing, because not every app needs that depth". Microsoft is focusing on ease of use with MS-CRM, which was released January 21st. "The three best things about MS-CRM are it works with Outlook, it works with Outlook and it works with Outlook," said Andy Vabulas, president of I.B.I.S., an Atlanta solution provider.
