MS-CRM IVR Demonstration Script

The following script demonstrates a possible customer support scenario based on the integration of the PCI IVR system and MS-CRM.

Speaks:  Hello.  This is the PCI MS-CRM IVR Demo System.  Please enter your Account Id.

Check MS-CRM to verify Account Id

 

Account Information

 

Speaks:  Please enter your Password.

Check MS-CRM to verify Password

Speaks:  Select 1 for Current Contract Expiration

                         2 for Contract Renewal

                         3 for Contract Copy

                         4 to Speak to a Representative

                                             

 

Enters:  1

Speaks:  Your current contract expires on April 8 .

Account Information

Enters: 2

Speaks:  You have chosen to renew your support contract for one additional year. If this is correct, please press 1. If not, please press 2.

 

 

        Enters:  1

Verifies Billing Information

Updates Account

Speaks:  Your support contract has been extended by an additional year. Your account will be billed appropriately.
