webVRS was
developed for Eastern Fleet Remarketing (EFR) by PCI. The companies have
joined forces to provide the system to the vehicle remarketing business
community as a hosted solution. The system has been in operation at EFR
for over 6 months with outstanding results. Mr. McGrath, of EFR, claims
