Leveraged Technology (LTI)

 MS-CRM

Leveraged Technology, Inc. (LTI) and PCI have teamed to offer an IVR capability to Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (MS-CRM) product.  LTI is a reseller of MS-CRM.  MS-CRM is an exciting new product that competes in the CRM marketplace.  Microsoft has signed up about 100 software partners to build applications and products on the MS CRM platform.   (more)

An Application Service Provider (ASP) owns and operates a software application, maintains all the equipments that are required to run and the application, and provides access to the users. The ASP makes the application available to customers everywhere via the Internet usually a browser environment.  (more)

PCI has recently been awarded projects based on our ability to provide professional software development services. Each of our new clients experienced cost overruns and missed schedules even though their programmers are very talented.  Talent is not enough.
