Professional Software Development Service

PCI has recently been awarded projects based on our ability to provide professional software development services. Each of our new clients experienced cost overruns and missed schedules even though their programmers are very talented.  Talent is not enough.  Knowing the software process and having personnel experienced with the process is critical to a successful project. 

On one new project PCI is integrating our technical management and programmers with the client’s programmers.  Another client has programmers that are leaving and there is no continuity to continue the development. P CI is taking over the project.  Continuity is now no longer a problem.

PCI provides our clients low risk development projects.  The consequence of not meeting schedules often results in a lost market opportunity.  This is the primary reason for replacing and augmenting their own programming staff.  When we are assigned a project, based on our track record, there is a high probability we will satisfy the client’s expectations.

We expect this trend to continue, especially in tough economic times where available resources need to be used effectively.
