Problem Resolution
If you're
experiencing a problem with ABLE™ please follow the directions below.
1. Check the ABLE™ Documents (Release
Notes, Reference Guides especially the Help volume).
2. Write down as much information as
possible about the problem, what you were doing when the problem
occurred, and the configuration you are running on (Operating System
version, ABLE™ version, etc.).
3. Your first line of support is your
binder. Contact your binder and provide the gathered
information.
4. Your binder sometimes needs the
support of Programming
Concepts, Inc., the ABLE developer. In that case, your binder
may put you in contact with PCI. You can contact PCI, 9 to 5 EST, by
one of the following methods.
Fill in the
Problem Report Form
Send e-mail to:
able_support@programmingconcepts.com.
Library Note: Problem Reports are
sent to your binder unless previously approved by your binder.
When you submit your problem report, it
will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After
an initial assessment by our Support Group, the resolution of the
problem is assigned to a software engineer.
Please be as specific as possible when
describing the problem.
We may need to contact you for more
information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you
describe.
